Day #303: Typing of the Dead: Overkill

20161029194034_1

It’s been a long day and I’m looking to take it easy on a quiet Saturday night.  Maybe you’d like to do the same, which is why I’ve put together this quick and easy guide to a fun Saturday night (that is, if you have no friends, don’t like to go outside, and enjoy typing).

First, you will need to acquire a copy of Typing of the Dead: Overkill, from your favorite retailer.  (Or Steam.  Probably just go to Steam.)

Then, you need to download the following custom dictionaries.

  • Pro Wrestling Terms
  • Lovecraftian Quotes
  • Types of Cheeses
  • Nicolas Cage Film Titles and Quotes
  • NES Games
  • Korn Songs
  • Pokemon Names
  • 1970s Porn Stars
  • Palindromes
  • Serbian Cuisine

What follows is a beautiful journey only possible via the wonders of modern technology; allowing you to not only fend off the zombie menace, but educate yourself on the Old Gods and their favorite milk-based food products.  If there’s a better way to spend a weekend, I sure as hell don’t know it.

Disclaimer: This may be more of a reflection on my social life and is in no way a guarantee of a good time, though if you don’t like Nicolas Cage, you may actually be dead inside, in which case I will be forced to type Ron Jeremy’s name at you.
